Airtels 3G data plan enables data sharing between 3 devices

Airtel has announced an interesting data plan which will be very useful for users who carry multiple devices and also if you want to share a data plan with family members or friends. The Airtel data share plan allows one to share 3G data between 3 devices. The plan is available for both prepaid and postpaid customers.

The new data plans costs Rs.1000 per month and 3 different devices can simultaneously  use up to 5GB of 3G data, beyond which they can have unlimited access to the internet at speeds of up to 80KB/s. The only condition on this data plan is that all the three Airtel numbers should be located in the same telecom circle.

To activate this data share plan, Airtel users need to sms ‘DATA SHARE ADD Mobile Number’ to 121. Users can also add mobile numbers of their friends and family by visiting Airtel’s website .

A while back, Reliance Communications too had launched it’s ‘All Share Postpaid Plan’ which enabled it’s customers to share 3000 mins of lolcal/STD voice calls, 3000 local/national SMS, 3GB of 3G data and also, unlimited local calls within the group. This plan was priced at Rs.1,497.

Although, as compared to RCom’s plan, the data plan from Airtel does not offer any voice calls or SMS but still, will be quite beneficial for the subscribers and their family members who can share a single data plan.

Interior Decorator’s Home Designer 3

How do you reckon an interior designer’s home looks like? Nothing less than super stylish or uber cool. This one particularly is at its innovative best. Bravo to the way the designer has tossed convention aside and designed the entire place for very personal taste. According to the designer, her house is small and manages to fit in her husband, two kids and four pets. Her space management is an attention grabber and might as well serve as solution for people with space similar as hers.

She has smartly planned her kitchen, the kid’s room, garage and her office space. The white stained floors with a shiny gloss finish make them easy to clean and wipe. Being white, they do get dirty quickly but the light they provide is worth all the cleaning up. When it comes to colours she has left not a single one untouched. Her magenta painted doors are an eye-candy. Her accessorised study will surely inspire and be an object of envy for many. The burst of colours juxtaposed with the striking white spaces is so refreshing you would want to run out to the hardware and fabric store right away and get working with your own space.

The house is eclectic makes you drool with inspiration and zap it right to where you are!

Samsung Chromebook Series 3 Specifications and Reviews

This Chromebook we’re reviewing  is Samsung’s new second generation Series 3, which includes:

http://images.samsung.com/is/image/samsung/uk_XE303C12-A01UK_575_Left-Angle-open_silver?$Download-Source$

  • Processor - 1.7GHz (Dual-Core) Samsung Exynos 5
  • Memory - 2GB
  • Hard Disk - 16GB
  • Operating System - Google Chrome OS
  • Display - 11.6 inch
  • Max Resolution - 1366 * 768 ( HD )
Here I summarize my review to this chromebook -
  1. Deciding whether or not the new Chromebook is right for you is actually really easy. The first thing you have to know is that its cheap. Really cheap. it undercuts most conventional laptops, and is cheaper even than the new iPad mini.
  2. Google Chrome OS, for the uninitiated, puts a version of Googles Chrome browser on top of a Linux foundation. Where Linux PCs run Linux apps, though, Chrome OS devices run browser apps. Thats huge, since you can do more and more on the Web. But you cant run several popular programs - iTunes, Skype, Portal 2, Microsoft Office, Photoshop to name a few.
  3. There are plenty of times when all you need to do is check e-mail, read some news, load a recipe, make a bank payment, click around YouTube, or spend time on Facebook. For that, its a very economical device. Its fast startup speed is conducive to flipping it open for a few moments.
  4. Regardless of the technical caveats, however, it remains true that you cant install, say, Microsoft Office or Adobe Photoshop Elements on a Chromebook. Thats not what the Chromebook is about.
  5. Its a slim, light, cheap, long-lasting little laptop that, partly because really the only thing it does is run a web browser and isnt based on Windows, is very secure, and if you live your life in web apps such as facebook.com and Google Docs, or especially if you are already immersed in the Google ecosystem of Docs, Gmail, Calendars and more, its worth considering.
In the end, I find a lot of joy and productivity by using the Chromebook. I am pretty invested in Google’s online tools, which makes it a lot easier to jump over to a Chromebook. However, the smallness, lightness, and long battery life make the Chromebook one of the best computers for mobility. It’s simple to setup and use, and helps you get your work done if you don’t have too many specific offline needs.

I also assume that Samsung’s support will be similar to all their other devices, and since a Chromebook is a big name, they should definitely know how to help you out.
